Rigor meets a different way of knowing
ATTORNEY · ENERGY PRACTITIONER SINCE 2015
A lawyer for over two decades and an Energy Strategist for lawyers and other professionals, I bridge analytical discipline and energetic inquiry to support meaningful professional growth.
01 / A DIFFERENT LENS
For years, I lived the intensity of legal practice:
long hours, endless demands, and the unspoken expectation to sacrifice myself in the name of success.
I eventually became a Managing Attorney of a boutique personal injury firm in Atlanta. Along the way, I discovered something life-changing: no amount of intellect or achievement could make up for being disconnected from my well-being—or bring new insight to longstanding questions.
Out of personal passion, I began studying the energetic healing arts, exploring the Emotion Code and Body Code, sound therapy, and integrative coaching. What started as a quiet interest became a calling.
In 2015, a colleague reached out not for legal advice, but for energetic advisory support. That moment showed me that the two worlds I had tried to keep separate—law and energy work—were meant to come together. I have supported professionals in this capacity ever since.
02 / THE PIVOTAL QUESTION
“What am I still carrying that is preventing me from doing what I already know to do?”
Not prediction. Not another formula for success. A broader understanding of what may be shaping your experience.
02 / WHAT BUILT THE CAREER
Effort.
Discipline.
Analysis.
Persistence.
These are extraordinary tools. But some challenges cannot be resolved by using the same tools that created your success.
I am trained in rigorous analysis, pattern recognition, critical thinking, and high-stakes problem solving. I respect the analytical mind because I have one too. I also know there are other ways of knowing that can be valuable.
The rigor of the legal mind, coupled with the depth of energetic inquiry.
After years in the legal profession and more than a decade practicing energy work, I help individuals access another layer of information about themselves and their circumstances—so they can move forward with greater clarity, alignment, and confidence.
This work is complementary to—not a replacement for—medical or mental-health care.
